Help

I have a real weird pain/tingling feeling in my arms, a stiff painful neck, a headache, stomach pains, sore throat, runny nose and occasional chest pain. The arm pain, neck pain and headache come and go and I can go for hours without feeling them however the sore throat and runny nose is more frequent.

Normally when I have the flu I just get on with life knowing it will pass in a week or so however the pain/tingling feel in my arms and the stomach pains has me believing it could be something worse than just a case of flu.

Any advice is much appreciated

First go get checked by a doctor to make sure the arm and chest pain is not something serious. Then what you might have is anxiety man. I have it and it's terrible. See you being sick and having pains in arm and chest may just be anxiety. Anxiety can make you think and feel some things wrong, when nothing is. So go get checked by a doctor maybe ask for a EKG and blood work just to make sure then see if you have anxiety. Hoped this helped. Take care
