Loss of smell and taste

Had fever for 36 hours 100.6, body ache, no cough ,after two days i could'nt smell (smell was there but very less) or taste (taste for sweet, sour,and salt was there but couldn't find taste in food flavour)
I always have the habit of sleeping under the fan at full speed no mater if it's cold or hot( presence of post nasal drip, coughing while only sleeping due to throat irritation, blocked nose while sleeping and early in the morning)
Right now really worried if it's covid or something else

I think it's covid-19 based on the signs. Because a friend of mine had this problem, and I can see all of the signs in that friend. So, I think you should go to the doctor and get the right treatment.

I have heard a lot of people with those same symptoms from covid. HAve you been tested?
One of my friends had covid over 6 mos ago and still cant smell or taste.

What ever happened?  Did you test positive for covid?

Fever and loss of smell and taste are suspicious for COVID; consider getting tested.
