Hi,

I think you might be having hypothyroidism why don't you get a thyroid profile done. Hypothyroidism is a condition where there is a deficiency of production and conversion of thyroid hormones, those individuals who are affected have fatigue, cold intolerance (increased sensitivity to cold), depression, etc.

Thanks  to all you guys. I am sorry, I was meant to say 25 degree centigrade. which is about 80 degree FH.
lizzz314, is that tonic available in all the drugstore ? Somebody also suggested ginko biloba. Have any of you tried that one ?

Thanks

Do you really mean 25F? It's like -4C, no wonder you feel cold!

Try moving more :) do you like sports? It will improve your circulation and make you feel warmer. And if you build muscles, your body will be able to produce more heat at rest too. When you need to seat in one place, have something hot to drink- it will warm you up from the inside. Go to sauna, it's great when you are freezing! And at all other times remember to dress warmly.

Sometimes extreme cold intolerance might be caused by Raynaud’s disease or hypothyroidism but it's very unlikely that any of them is to blame in your case.
