can you have pnemonia without fever?

Haven't heard of that happening but it could also you could be some1 that runs a fever later. If your coughing up mucus consider a lung infection. People with breathing conditions can easily get a lung infection without the signs of a fever.

I've heard of many cases in which patients wind up in the ER with breathing problems etc and come to find out they have pnemonia. I'd definitely go to the dr and get it checked.

Yes I did!  After I was diagnosed is when I started running fever, and even then it was only low grade and mainly at night.  If you think you have pneumonia, you should see your doctor to determine what type it is and get on the right medication.
