Are these symptoms of chron's disease?

About 2 months ago my doctor told me that I had Chron's disease of the colon only after I went to have a colonoscopy done where biapses of my colon (ulcers and a polyup) were taken. The only symptom I show of chron's disease however is rectal bleeding (Medium bright to bright red only) about once every few days to two weeks whenever I use the bathroom (and usually when I eat certain foods). What I have noticed as a persistent symptom however is small to medium amounts of green and black stool.  After looking around on the internet I found out about peptic ulcer disease showing that acidic ulcers can cause bleeding. Do I have PUD or do I have chron's.

Hi,
Black stools indicate bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal tract.
Crohn's disease can affect any part from mouth to anus.
So bleeding due to Crohn's disease of the upper GIT can also cause this.

Have begun to notice that on the medicine or off it, I have bleeding only when I eat foods that cause gas (beans in particular).
