Chrohn's and Joint Pain

Hi Doctor;
My question would be I have not officially been diagnosed with Chrohn's but have signs of the disease...I have been increasinly feeling ill for the last 4 months now.. In Oct.I was in the ER twice once for pelvic pain ended up bacterial vaginaitis.. Next chest pain that ended up hepatitus(due to overuse of acetementhan)was at 230 level. Tested in 3 wks back to normal levels..I have had chronic joint pain since, with abdominal pain that is mostly right abdomen,mucusy stools,some blood in stool,crampy pinching pain in abdomen,I do have dense adhesions though.. Anyways my sed rate is high ,my IgA is high,my Panca is atypical neg. my mpv is low,low lympocytes,low vitamin d,low calcium,bun/creatine level elevated. My gastro doc is leaning towards Chrohn's or colotis? Went back to ER last night with abdominal pain and vaginal discharge ended with same infection i had in OCT??? That i was on two rounds of antibiotics for? Now back on antibioitcs.. My gastro doc has ordered me to have a colonoscopy on Monday next wk it was schedule for middle of March,but wants it sooner,(had one 2 yrs ago with polyps(benign) I also have been tested ANA neg,Neg rheumotoid factor...IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE INFECTION HAS TRIGGERED AN INFLAMMATORY REACTION???? Sorry so long any info is appreciatied I am nervous about this colonoscopy...      Thanks

hey, i have crohns disease, i was diagnosed with it 4 years now. i find that my crohns gets very inflamed when i am stressed (th first was my year 12 exams) so this could be a factor as im sure all of these problems has left you and your body quite stressed so i suggest you try your best not to worry (i know its not easy) because it may only make things worse and dont stress about the colonoscopy, i have had alot and it does get easier over time, just remember that whatever the outcome of the results is that you should always talk to your family and friends.
