Colonoscopy & Upper scope results

Hi; My question would be I have had my colonoscopy and upperscope performed .The gastrologist saw inflamation in the small intestine and in the stomach..The biobsy came back gastritis and non-specific non ulcerative colitis..I have also had joint pains ,,Blood workup and stool cultures show high sed rate and postive ASCA and neg atypical Panca.. Does this diagnosis seem accurate? Ps i also have an e-coli vaginal infection that doesn't seem to clear up?

Hi thanks for the reply; I have had for the past 5 months or so some diaherea with mucus,spots of blood in stool,recently have had an oily film with bowel movement?right sided abdominal pain sometimes feels like pinching.and sometimes bad(or a fullness). Joint pains started in my  neck now seems to be affecting so many areas. . Pain is in  e lbows,breastbone,(will feel like a heartattack)behind knee's(have varicose viens as well)arms will feel weak, right side pelvic bone mostly at night and disturbs sleep (also have sleep hypopnia,insomnia(due to pain). Have been tested for Lupus,Rhemotoid factor neg... 5months ago i also had the drug induced hepatitus(from aceteminthan)which is now back to normal but this is also when all these symptoms started happening..I have had aches and pains but this is daily and progressively worse. Had gallbladder removed 10 yrs ago due to inflammation and stones. I do not have the full biobsy report.Just that they found non specific non-ulcerative colitis and gastritis, no chrohn's or celiec..Biobsy also showed no infection. Eventhough my vaginal culture came back e-coli? My next step i guess is to see a rheumotologist. Also I have low vitamin d,low sodium,low calcium. I know something is happening but can't figure out what?   Thanks for your help!
