Period and Gastro issues

I'm posting this in two spots because I don't know where it belongs. I'm a 21 year old sexually active female. My period was due on the 15th of April and it is now the 26th of April. I've taken two pregnancy tests with both negatives... and yet still no show of my period. I also have some gastro issues where I feel like i need to go to the bathroom but often I don't and sometimes its usually gas. The cramping feeling can be mistaken for female cramps because it's coming from the pelvic area but I'm not quite sure what it is. I had gastroenteritis in late August which lasted about 3 weeks. My body is fine in the sense that i'm regular when going to the bathroom other than these cramping feelings.

I'm not sure what's going on but I'd appreciate some feedback.

I've been having the gastro issues for the past two weeks. My bowel habits are the same and they do not provide pain relief... the pain comes and goes as it feels likes. The cramps seem to come from my intestinal area, or my womb area... I don't know exactly for sure.

The good news is that I got my period yesterday, and I did notice a difference in the cramping. The bowel cramping wasn't as obvious yesterday either, but I do not know if it was because of my period cramps, or because it's finally passing through.

Do you have altered bowel habits?
Where do you feel the cramps?
Do bowel movements provide pain relief?
