Stomach pain, noises, and odd stools.

Description of myself, and things I've done:
Okay I'm 16 years old I live in South Texas right by the border and I've been feeling sick for a long time, a year or so. I've seen different doctors in Mexico and have been treated for Colitis every time I visit another doctor. I have provided a stool sample and a blood sample and they both showed up as normal. After the samples my doctor suggested my stomach pains and diarrhea are caused by stress. He gave me a Mexican medicine named Supra(yes the doctor is from Mexico and he is a gastrologist) I didn't feel the pill affect me at all and he said to stop taking it after a month, it would supposedly regulate my stomach(i dont know he was explaining in spanish). He made me stop eating dairy products and many other things like bread for a couple of weeks for a study(after those weeks was when i provided a sample). Earlier he had given me some other medicine, it was a suppository and it was some kind of powder in water that turned yellow and I had to squeeze the bottle with the nozzle into my anus  and it was just the absolute worst feeling ever I felt horrible. But the pains went away, for a week, and came back with a vengeance. That was when i was being treated for any types of worms or bacteria, and nothing was found. I don't eat a lot of junk food, but I drink LOTS of coca cola, but i have been all my life. I try to drink lots of water but it doesn't help much.

What I feel:
Burning anus, diarrhea with no or very little stool, mucus after i defecate, LOUD noises, loss of apetite, thin small light stools that look almost powdery, sudden and STRONG urges to have to defecate, nausea, and cramps on my stomach.

Please help everyone, I'm really tired of feeling like this and I'll go to great lengths to get rid of this, I've heard my doctor mention a colonoscopy and that is just terrifying to me I don't wanna go back there but my parents just wont take me to another doctor.  OH and sometimes i do defecate correctly.

Hi,
These could indicate irritable bowel syndrome.
It is a functional disease.
The other possibility is inflammatory bowel disease.
A colonoscopy has to be done to rule out IBD.
