What can I do for a bloated stomach and stomachache after meals?

I did spinal surgery (removal of tumors om the T-12 and L-1) four weeks ago, and my stomach had been bloated with pain after any meal ever since. The pain just goes with OTC meds and some gas, but my stomach remains bloated.

Some degree of abdominal bloating and/or constipation is to be expected after surgery.

If your symptoms worsen, consult your health provider for further workup/management.
