pain in the right upper abdomen

hi i'm 20 and i hv been having pain in my upper right side of my abdomen...i hv been to many gastroenterologists but no one seems to be able to point out the cause exactly and its solution...i hv been having this pain for almost a year now...its not continuous and its not severe but its causes a lot of discomfort...it doesn't hv any specific time...i haven't noticed any pattern for the pain and it lasts for a few seconds sometimes to a few mins but not more than that...the docs made me undergo a series of blood tests which turned out to be normal, ultrasound twice both of which showed mild hepatomegaly, upper endoscopy which was again normal and a hepato-biliary scan which showed decreased gall bladder ejection fraction of 23%-33%...but the docs still aren't sure of my diagnosis and i've just been put on tab razo for sos...so wat do u think is the real problem? pls help!!

thank u so much dr. kini for replying...my dr said that removing of the gall bladder might not be able to eliminate the pain completely..and for the nerve pain they prescribed me some antidepressants like tryptomer but it didn't help much...is it really gall bladder dyskinesia?? will removal of bladder do any good??

Hi,
The GB ejection fraction is low.
You can discuss with your doctor regarding this.
Musculoskelatal and nerve pain should also be considered.
