i am 16 and half now , for d past 8 months i have been jumping in the nights without proper breifs , between 12 to 1 as i dont have time in morning hours , for the past 2 months i have noticed that my left testis is hanging 1 inch lower that my other testis . and sometimes it pains when i exersize or jump, and i can feel a small lump down side and i can feel the wire connecting it to my body is swollen up i think and that also pains . after masturbation whole left sided balls and that wire pains   , and the pain is a slight pain feeling ,, not to much . what this can be ?
