Colon/back symptoms! help?

Hello.
I posted something about this in another forum, but im still not having much luck.

To start off, i am 19, Female. i weigh 107 pounds and i an 5'6" (just to get an idea)

Here are my symptoms:
1) I have constant (non-stop) lower back pain (right above my bottom). It started out in the center of my lower back, but its more on the left side now. Occasionally it will shoot pain around to my left side, even sometimes through my buttocks and upper legs. This has been constant since feb 12.

2) a few days ago i randomly struck a fever that was consistant for about 8 hours (stayed between 101 and 102)
Then the next day, no fever. But then the day after that i struck another fever for about 4 hours (stayed between 103-104) as of now, no fever. it will randomly go above 99, but stays under 100.

3) The past three times ive had a bowel movement, there has been a large amount of blood dripping from my anus right after the bowel has past (a few blood clots as well). I have NO anal pain/irritation, nor itching. And my stool is NOT hard to pass. (basically its no different than my regular bowel movements)

4) I have been getting nausous quite often (no vomiting) and ive had a poor appetite lately.

Footnote: I have NEVER had anal sex. And i have NOT done/ate anything differently lately.

If anyone has any ideas of what could be wrong (because this is obviously not normal) i would apreciate it.
Thank you.

i suggest you go for a ct scan & see your doctor who will giove you the referral then maybe further tests as my mother lost appetite & had no bowel obstruction or bleeding but was found to have an 8cm tumor in her large intestine

I wonder if your multiplicy of symptoms might be better addressed by Dr Pho on the "ask an expert/doctor" G.I. forum.

All I can say that rectal bleeding should always be the basis of professional medical advice.
