Hi,
Diseases of the gall bladder may present with pain in the Right ujpper side of the abdomen. Occasionally it may be midline. Some patients have symptoms after taking a meal, particularly a fatty meal. The pain may seem to move up to the shoulder, and is steady, not intermittent, with cahnges in severity and seems to occur more at night.
If you have any symptoms, it would be best to have yourself examined by a doctor. The condition may require surgery, and hence would be better done as elective rather than as an emergency basis.
Stay positive.
