I need help with dehydration and energy levels without my large intestine

I have no large intestine because I have a genetic predisposition which has lead to colon cancer twice in my large intestine. And after years of fighting dehydration and a lack of energy, I haven't come up with any good solutions that work for me. I drink at least 2 liters of Pedialyte a day which keeps me out of the hospital, but doesn't allow me to function like a regular person.  I keep asking all my Dr.'s about solutions, and I'm not really getting anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Peter_Cr
