Maybe I have colon cancer?

This all bowel-problem started last summer, when I had diarrhea for almost 3 weeks, when it stopped I felt like I'm healthy again, but after a while I started to have strange symptoms which were abdominal pain, blood in stool, constipation etc. Drank fiber for weeks which helped me to be able to pass a stool in a few days, so that i stopped having constipation. By now my symptoms are : upper abominal pain (sharp, sudden), urge to have bowel movement, I pass stool 1-2 times a day, my stools are thin and foul smelling, sometimes it has red blood on its surface, and when I poop I can't feel my rectum. I also have a wound like thing near my anus which is I guess fissure which sometimes bleeds. I haven't lose any weight, I do have appetite, I don't have diarrhea now. Maybe I have colon cancer? I'm only 18 years old (turning 19 this summer), and I'm very afraid of it. Please answer my question, if anybody has a guess what my problem could be, and whether I have colon (or bowel) cancer or not! :( Thanks in advance!
