Worried if I have symptoms of cancer?

I'm 29 years old male. No smoking/ drinking. Has been vegetarian for life.

1. I have been diarrhea since 2015 (like two days in a week)- Doctor at that time did some tests and told me its probably lactose intolerance or allergies to certain kind of food or irritable bowel syndrome. Avoiding milk helped a little bit but I still get diarrhea regularly but not as bad as before may be.
2. I had recurrent low grade fever for 3 weeks in sep 2017. went away completely after that.
3. I had recurrent low grade fever for 4 weeks in march 2018.
4. I have been having stomach cramps since last few months. (comes and goes in a flash. sometimes could feel in the back)
5. I went to primary care doctor. They did CBC, Stool pathogens, STD tests, Liver/ Kidney test. They all are normal. STD tests are negative.
6. Few days back I started getting heartburns, nausea. I even forced myself to vomit at one point.
7. I feel like there is a lump in throat for the past few hours today.

I'm really anxious about my health. I have set up an appointment with a specialist. But have to wait for 2 more weeks. The wait is killing me. I'm worried if these are symptoms of cancer?
