Age 17
Lately dealing with severse ocd, anxeity, hypochondria.
I have noiticed some blood on my stool about 2-3times and i have been having lower abdominal pains that come and go but dont last vety long.
They are also not that painful. Mostly on the lower left side.
I have 1 bowel movement a week 2 at most and they are always very hard and very painful.
Im constipated and i have seen 3 doctors because of all of this but they all dismissed it and said its probably omething minor.
Im really scared and worried i dont know what to do.
The last time isaw blood it was covering the start of a hard stool then no blood on the rest of the stool. it was bright red and when i wiped too.

If the bloody stool is bright red, then it could be due to hemorrhoids or anal fissures. The causes of bloody stool that is more maroon in color is intestinal polyps, inflammatory bowel disease or diverticulosis (diverticulosis causes significant bleeding).
It is more likely to be due to constipation in your case. Eat a diet rich in roughage and fiber to avoid constipation.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
