bleeding from anus.

I am a 18 year old male
I have recently had bleeding coming from my anus when i go for a poo. at the time i bled every time i sat down on the toilet turning the water red. that lasted about a week until a ball of blood came out . since then there hasn't been anymore bleeding but i feel like i need to do a poo all the time and it sounds and feels like something is blocking my farts from coming out easily. i have on and off bleeding for a few years but not enough to change the colour of the toilet before.  about 2 months ago i felt dizzy on and off for about 3 weeks. i am always tired and feeling weak.I get out of breath easy, my heart beats faster than my friends, sweat from walking and my hands do go purple sometimes. with my anus it is purple outside when sitting on the toilet and often has smelly mucas coming out. since getting dizzy i have sometimes had pain around my lower stomach. I also have a cough that doesn't seem to go away.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Bloody stool means that there's some sort of injury or disorder located somewhere in your digestive tract. If the bloody stool is bright red, then it could be due to hemorrhoids or anal fissures. The causes of bloody stool that is more maroon in color is intestinal polyps, inflammatory bowel disease or diverticulosis (diverticulosis causes significant bleeding). Other causes of blood in stools are, aspirin or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications and, polyps (small growths) and cancerous tumors (malignant growths of tissue).
Diagnosis is by ultrasound abdomen. In some cases sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy may be needed.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
