bright red blood in toilet, fissure or cancer?
i have consipation all my life due to i dont' drink enough water and never eat vegetable.
lately, i try to push hard when i go #2 and it giving me red blood drop in toilet and on toilet paper, i can feel tha tmy anal being tear due to me pushing it, i can feel the cut when my stool pass down, and it cause me alot of pain afterward, it just the bright red blood in toilet freak me out.
can this be an anal fissure? or colon cancer? anyone experience this?

From the symptoms you have described it seems more likely to be an anal fissure or similar - but, as rectal bleeding is never normal, do seek medical advice.
