sessile tubular adenoma?

I had a recent colonoscopy. The surgeons report said ihe removed a 4mm sessile polyp - the PATHOLOGIST said it was a 4mm TUBULAR adenoma. No mention of low or high grade dysplasia. I appreciate any feedback - thanks in advance

They are both precancerous (sessile being flat  vs. tabular being protrusive). Either way, it's gone.  4mm is so tiny.  My GI wouldn't even bother to cut a polyp that small from me (since I just have too many of them. lol).  Relax!  You're fine.
