We are currently on prescription drugs aspirin,

and supplements, Nutralife Jointcare, Healtheries Immunity.
I'm currently considering taking 642 Lung Elixir
healthy lung support syrup produced by Harker and Ryan Herbal Products to get rid of a persistent cough.
could there be any adverse interaction with the
products I'm currently using?

That's a bit rude!  I contacted the website recommended on the bottle of Elixir
thinking I might get a quick straight answer.
Instead I got your unhelpful comment......

Don't really know because you don't state why you're taking all those drugs and as stated above, since we're not pharmacologists we don't know what all those drugs are.  Also, neither aspirin nor ibuprofen are prescription drugs, and I admit I didn't look up all the other drugs to see what they are and what they do.  It is odd to take aspirin and ibuprofen if both are for pain, as they do similar things and double the risk of stomach bleeding, but hopefully you have a doctor monitoring this.  Personally, I'd also say your herb sources aren't the best companies -- you're into multilevel companies, which lack transparency and therefore could be putting anything into their products given they're avoiding the middleman that stores and the like offer to filter out the cons.  So it's hard to say,  I will say that if you're taking aspirin for the heart, or if you have blood pressure problems, there is some licorice in your syrup, and that can raise blood pressure, but since it's just one of a whole lot of extracted ingredients from whole plants (they're just listing the isolated substances, not the whole plants, for many of the ingredients) it's probably not a large concern.  Now, neither doctors nor pharmacists will know the answer, as they're not trained in natural substances, so finding the exact answer to your question is difficult and probably would require some research given the large number of ingredients in the syrup and the large number of drugs you're taking.  I'm elaborating on this to explain why your question will be difficult to answer.
