If you haven't tried them yet you might try New Chapter or Mega Foods vitamins.  They're in tablet form, but they culture or food grow most of the nutrients.  That might make them more digestible for you.  But again, they are only in tablet form.

Yes I am going to the health food store tomorrow, it doesnt make sense that they all make me feel bad, it must be tablets and sometimes I take them when I am not eating, its not till the next morning that  I feel ill, always the mornings if I take anything the day before, I also  wake with a headache.I am pretty certain I need the supplements.

Are you taking them with meals?  If so, try one without iron; that's often the culprit if one feels stomach discomfort from a multi.  And fish oil shouldn't be in a tablet, it should be in a gel capsule or liquid.  There are also fillers and binders in tablets that bother many people; try capsules instead, and make sure you buy them in a good health food store, not a drug store, and not store brands or discount vitamins -- these tend to use the worst fillers and binders and the least absorbable forms of minerals.
