Asbestos in eye

What can you do at home to help sooth and heal the eye after asbestos has gotten in it ? Hot compresses, cold compresses, or etc....

Yes. As suggested, without question you need to see an opthamologist immediately!  Sometimes particles become embedded and must be professionally removed. That happened to me decades ago fixing a ceiling fixture, drilling holes in metal and a minute metal fragment fell and lodged in my cornea. Every time I blinked it caused more damage.
