I really believe this ,when I was going through an anxious,stressful  period a couple of years ago I also got many physical symptoms  I had heard that the mind controls the body but it never happened to me ,or perhaps it did and I wasnt aware,I would say I experienced all the negative thoughts you put on your list ,I have some control on it now and feel better .Thanks to help from herbs and supplements having found out the hard way regarding the prescription drugs .oh and also a lot of positive self talk.
