General body weakness

my dad is about 75 years old and for the last one and half years his body became weak to an extent that his is currently unable to walk by himself. All this time he has sought medical advise and the recommendation has been to go for physiotherapy services. This has helped abit but not cured his condition.

Kindly advise on what else he may need to pursue to ensure full recovery

The MD prescribed physiotherapy. The condition was indicated as general body weekness.

Without knowing the diagnosis, it sounds like he has seen an MD and the MD has prescribed treatment.  Did you ask the doctor if a cure was his expectation?  You need more information from doctors that have evaluated him about what the condition is and whether it is progressive or should improve in time.
