in homeopathy sepia mother tincture is given for calcaneal spur in the heal. Perhaps this can be tried out for calcium deposits in the other area too. 4-6 drops in half cup of water has to be taken three times daily.
I would contact a physician skilled in alternative medicine and ask him if IV chelation would work. Or, if not, what would?

Yeah, that's my fear, too, the location. Good luck.
Thank You. I appreciate the help. I don't think it will work due to the fact that the calcium deposit is actually attached to his skull between the skull itself and the lining of the brain. Anything is worth a shot though. Now to find someone in our area that is an expert in chelation to consult with. Thanks again.
That's why two of us mentioned chelation. That is the use of substances that leach out other substances in the natural course of events. The most common for calcium is magnesium, as too much magnesium leaches out calcium given they are in a very specific electrical balance in the body. However, what you have to find out and can only do so by consulting an expert is whether where the deposit is makes it amenable to chelation or not. The big problem is that most nutrients are very hard to get past the blood/brain barrier, and also that chelation can be a slow process. You need to consult your physicians and perhaps a chelation expert as to whether this is possible.
I don't completely understand this, but I will see if he does. Don't know exactly how it works, but at this point, anything is worth a try. If you could give a better explanation it would be helpful.
The deposit is in the back of his lower skull on the left side 1 inch from his neck. It is dime sized and is continued to give him horrible headaches. Any info would be appreciated. I don't think any kind of manipulation will help with this. I was wondering if there are any herbal supplements or change of diet that might help alleviate this problem or make it dissolve.
Deposits build up in any part of the body. These 2 pranayam techniques will energize the body to cells to do their job and gradually remove the deposit. The anulom vilom will also help with the headache.Delay any surgery for 6 months and do the pranayam twice a day.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30 minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.
Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day. Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
One of the questions is "where exactly is the deposit?"
I suspect it is a spur that is impinging on a nerve.
Otherwise the description of what wiull take place doesn't make much sense.
Sometimes these deposits form between the cervical vertebra. Usually there is an injury and inflammation. The body believes (incorrectly) there is a "need" for bone repair and the deposits continue to grow. The general drill is oral prednisone for a few weeks to try to put a stop to the inflammatory process. Sometimes these deposits can be broken by manipulation. I am not suggesting you do this, but I am suggesting you get another opinion.
Chelation is another option.
Thank You for commenting. I know it is a complicated matter. I'm just searching for anything to try to help. Can stand seeing my friend just give up. Any information is appreciated and I will do the research and see what my friend thinks of the whole thing. Thank You again.
Thank You. I have heard about the apple cider vinegar, worth a try, but not enough supporting evidence that it will work. Anything is worth a shot.
Tell him to ask his doctors if it can be chelated out. Magnesium is a chelating agent for calcium. The problem is that it is a hard deposit and the location isn't easily subject to the digestive system, so this is complicated, and requires a professional to assess, which we aren't.
i can only give my opinion and it is just that...mine.
research apple cider vinegar. this is a great product for this kind of problem. won't work over night mind you, but it should work.
