bladder problem, itchness anus and vagina lack in motivation,lack in energy

Recently had a bladder infection which had to take antibiotics for.  Feel better from that now developed a itchiness on my anus and vagina also have not got the go in me to do things and lack in energy please help me as I'm getting very frustrated thinking what could it be?

Again I understand that yeast,sugar and starches can aggravate this problem more I will avoid them listen to you.  Its such an uncomfortable problem that anyone would have to take advice.

I appreciate your time in explaining the question I asked it does make allot of sense that the antibiotics are causing all this problem.
I will do what you advise me and hope that I will get better.

As for the yeast. Go very light on sugars and starches.

Taking antibiotics can result in loss of energy. It can also cause a proliferation of Candida albicans and yeast infections. That might be the cause of your itchiness. Ramp up your vitamin intake for a while and eat plain yoghurt with the live organisms. That will help restore the good organisms that the antibiotics destroyed.
