Lower Back Pain

Whenever I go for reflexology, I am told that my sciatica is not right.  I occasionally have a dull pain in my lower back, but nothing debilitating.  What is the cause of this and how can I correct it?

The term, "sciatica is not right," is meaningless.  Sciatica is a symptom, not something that is right or wrong.  It is the spine and the discs that are either inflamed or not, or nerves that are pinched or not, that causes sciatica, a pain that goes from the lower back or buttocks down the nerves in the legs.
