what's the little blisters that form inside mouth when eating, sometimes?

sometimes when i eat food, small (2mm) blisters - 1 or 2 - form near back teeth or back of soft palate; hurt a bit; i can scratch them and bust them with fingernail, but what are they? what do they mean? i think they show when i've eaten food too fast? but not sure. soft food usually, but maybe crunchy food busts them before i notice them... thanks

Different kinds of sores.  Some come from scraping sharp food or sucking on sharp food, but some are canker sores, which usually come from the sodium laurel sulfate found in most commercial toothpastes.
