RA factors and what is going on?

Just had blood report done and my RA factor - is "close to 100" ????

should I be making "assisted living" arrangements, buying a wheel chair...
what the hell does this mean ???

I am having "knee problems" why not do the
replacement thing or "synvisc" or what?

I do not want to take drugs that is going to "take out my liver, heart, etc.  Can I seek a "naturopothist"? and be healed naturally?
Help....I do not understand !

Try avoiding nightshades -- it helps a certain percentage of people with RA.  And there are many anti-inflammatory substances out there, such as boswellia and devil's claw which have been shown to be particularly helpful for RA.  This is a complicated question, however.  One of the best things to do is avoid that which is pro-inflammatory, such as white flours, wheat, sugar, and bad fats.  It wouldn't hurt to see a holistic nutritionist or naturopath if you want to try a natural approach.
