7 don'ts after a meal
*    Don't smoke-Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).                                                                                     &nbs p; &nb sp;
*    Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1 hr before meal.

*     Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.

*    Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted &blocked.

*    Don't bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease.  This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
*    Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.
*    Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

I just found this forum,so glad I did.The comment about not taking a bath.My Mom had Ovarian cancer, not with us anymore, may she rest in peace, but was instructed that baths were bad and women especially should never take them, now I no why.I remember hearing on 20/20 years ago,a story about a little boy that was dying of cancer, the mother took apple seeds(cyanide) crushed them up every day, wish I could remember the amount, but it saved his life,no more cancer.Mistletoe is used as a chemo in alternative hospitals. What do you think of the studies that showed ginger powder placed on an ovarian cancer cell killed it?   God Bless,Jen

Bob, you are talking about food as it was a habit not a necessity to live. I belive that good food is the key to health and to prevent MANY diseases. Can you please provide me with a links to the scientific data that pharma drugs work without damaging our bodies and without terrible sideeffects?? and especially drugs like Carboplatin??? No you can't because there isn't ANY! Food we need to live... SOME drugs we need to get rid of symptoms only, apples we need to stay healthy..

I certainly hope you are right about the healthful effects of all those foods. Certainly none of them is going to hurt you.

Personally, although I eat them all because they taste good and make me feel good, I am skeptical of the power of any particular food or diet to prevent or cure disease. I'm just saying that even though I would like to believe it is so, I don't count on it.

Also, it would be helpful, and not an unreasonable thing to ask for, if you could present any evidence to support these claims. Could you post some links to the "files from doctors" that you mentioned?

OMG, no wonder I am so sick. I have about ten diseases from this category, not to mention high cholesterol and every other symptom here. This is unbelievable. Even my right femur started dying, osteonecrosis. the Vit D helped a lot but my levels are still way too low at 20. I have been taking 50.000 U once a week for many months.

Hi Margypops.
Have you even checked your urine pH? It is so good to have  as close to "7"  as possible .....if it is too alkaline it may cause pain....too acidic ? will do the same.
I check mine every morning  and most days is close to "7".
Hugs,Sunes.

PS thanks for all this good information, I drink apple juice as I get some Gall Blladder 'cholic and read many horror stories of people who had the Gall Bladder taken away and are still in pain, but I have found Pure apple juice eases the pain and is actually now helping me be pain free that and a low fat diet.

Hi There.
Great Information. Thank you for posting it.
I have a question: what one suppose to do after a meal? Just sit or do something other than these 7 steps, but what would be the best thing to do?
Cheers, Sunes..
