Weird brain senseation

22year male, I have taken 50mg zoloft once a day and 2mg klonopin once a day for 9 months. I never had brain zaps now I get them everytime especially when I move my head. Last time I took my medicibe was 53 days ago and I tappered down. Im so scared

The only sure way to stop them is to go back on the Zoloft and taper off more slowly.  Otherwise, if you choose to stick it out, some report that a hefty daily dose of fish oil helps with the brain zaps.  People's withdrawals from these meds are very individual, as is the optimal tapering schedule.  For more info you might want to go to some of the withdrawal sites on the web and look at the success stories at how people managed to cope.  Good luck.

From what I have read the'brain Zaps are caused by withdrawal, are you on anything now ? I may take time to get it out of your system., I am sure it'll be okay give it more time ,dont be scared its a hard thing to do getting of those meds, you are doing okay ..
