Not sure how to help with what you have since you don't know what you have, but I can give you a view of how natural medicine would view this. Assuming the tests are correct and you don't have kidney stones, then you may very well be suffering the consequences of too many antibiotics. Antibiotics are very effective at killing off bacteria, but most of the bacteria in our bodies is beneficial to our health and a large part of our immune system. Antibiotics kill off the good with the bad, so they can cause the immune system to weaken and then the bad bacteria has a much easier time getting reestablished and your back to square one, except that now the bacteria have no competition for space from the beneficial bacteria and they may adapt to the antibiotics and survive additional applications. The natural method of treating this would be to strengthen the system as it treats the initial infection so this process never gets started. At this point, you may want to give the natural approach a try, since you're not getting success from the allopathic approach. The first step would be to start taking a good multi-spectrum probiotic from the refrigerated section of the best local health food store you live near to replenish the beneficial bacteria the antibiotics have killed off. Second, for at least a while, cut down on sugar, alcohol and simple carb foods, as the bacteria you're fighting use this for food. The third step would be to take some bladder supplements. The most well-known is cranberry, either in supplement form or as the pure juice (no sugar added). Cranberry helps keep harmful bacteria from finding a home in your urinary tract. Other combination supplements will have herbs such as uva ursi that do the same thing plus herbs such as goldenseal that kill harmful bacteria but not beneficial bacteria and herbs that help tone the urinary tract. Herb Pharm makes tinctures for this, Gaia has tinctures and pills, but many companies make good products. Planetary Formulas is another good company. Don't shop for direct-marketed products on-line; go for the established products sold at good health food stores or good on-line supplement stores. Because you've had such a rough time over a long period, you might want to see a naturopath to get a professional regimen for this, and expect it to take some time. Even kidney stones can often be dealt with by supplements, particularly gravel root. Planetary Formula makes a good product for this. Basically, you need to rebuild what the doctors have torn down since it didn't work for you. If the natural approach doesn't work, then you can return to your doctor, but I think the doctors have had a good shot at it and seem to have made it worse, as they often do with bladder infections. Antibiotics can be useful, but they often leave a worse problem behind. Good luck.
I'm low on money, what can I use to help fight this. I take a probiotic from the refrigerator with three capsules daily, drink plenty of water as well.
