everytime i use tampoons , they give me sensetive skin which is very uncomftable, anyone knows what is the cause of this?

Possibility you're allergic to tampoons! try another brand first check what the
tampoons are made of and whatever you buy make sure it isn't made of the same material.

Another reason is that this is a mucosa region on a woman's body, and it's natural to be sensitive in this area.  Tampons can be drying and irritating to the skin, so you may want to try just pads for your next cycle and see if that makes any difference.  You could try a company called Glad Rags that makes all cotton pads that you wash and reuse.  They explain more thoroughly on their website.
