Pimples won't leave my left arm.

I rubbed some garlic on my left arm to remove about 3 pimples on my left arm. They disappeared and left pimple scars which I can probably resolve with grape speed oil. After a couple of days, another 4 pimples grew back in the same area. Could this be bacteria or infection because I don't think rubbing garlic did much but irritate them, and all they did was shift to different spots on my skin. Are there any remedies to kill off these bacterias/germs so that they don't create more pimple scars on my left arm. It's annoying.

Jason does have a lot of not so natural and harmful ingredients -- not one of the cleanest companies on the health food store shelf.  Aubrey is quite clean, but doesn't make a loofa soap, so if you want to try the Jason for that see if it helps, but again, it does contain a lot of petroleum products and preservatives that might not be so helpful.  As to the fat issue, if you're exercising as much as that, the pizza isn't the problem -- you're moving it through, as you're getting the good fats as well.  You're probably right, you probably picked something up -- that's a side effect of gyms and dojos.  What can you do?  This will pass, so I don't see the need for antibiotics for it -- they just make it more likely it will recur.  Keep it clean, apply some antiseptic, and it should eventually disappear.

Well your right about avoiding the antibiotics because I just received extra smaller pimples near the same area...thats like 10 pimples now. I bet it is from martial arts. I might try Tea Tree oil since I heard it is antiseptic. I won't rub garlic on it no more either. What I know is that the best cure for this problem will be resolved by the body as it is the best defense against anything really.

Thanks for your guys help.

I got these pimples after training in Martial Arts. I'm assuming that I got some infection or bacteria when I did my training on the floor. I noticed the pimples a day after I went there. About fatty foods, I try my best to avoid them as I am trying to eat healthier. I still do eat fatty foods like pizza. I seem to have a hard time staying away from the delicious food.

The garlic part. Well...it is a natural antibiotic so I assumed it would have an effect on the pimples and it did. I felt somewhat a sting to those pimples and I felt like it irritated the infection or bacteria. It did leave scars and suddenly those bacterias or whatever they are popped back out in the similar area. I'm happy you mentioned grapefruit seed oil and tea tree oil because I have thought about those for some time. I might look into the tea tree oil in particular as I heard some neat benefits about it. Tea tree oil even in a small amount is expensive but I have no choice but to buy it.

I have a very huge appetite as I go to the gym and take martial arts regularly every week. I can't help but eat a lot because of the hard work of my body. I rarely eat Trans fats or Saturated fats on daily basis anymore. I do eat them at times, but I am mostly on my Omega 3, 6 and 9. I take the Omega tablets 3 times daily. My hormone balance might be of concern for me as I did have a problem with that for a couple of years. I think gym should help me out with that. I don't use any cosmetics whatsoever, as I am only a natural seeker to health. I only look for natural remedies instead of the chemical made medicines. My acception would be Polysporen but Polysporen has only 2 antibiotics. I use Polysporen once a day for those pimples but I think I should use it about 3 times daily to see an effect.  I can not find Neosporen anywhere which I would like to buy since it has 3 antibiotics in it to cure infections. As for what Paxiled recommended about tea tree oil, I will definitely buy.

No I don't use loofa in the shower. In fact most of the soaps I buy are natural. I buy Aloe vera, bee pollen, camomile, carbolic (i dont remember if carbolic is natural. lol), cucumber & calendula, primprose, ginseng, hemp soap, lavender blue, oatmeal, sea kelp, pumise and pine tar soaps. All those soaps did pretty well on my skin for about half a year. Thanks for bringing up Jason. I've seen that soap a billion times and I never had myself to even try that product. I might as well try it.

Do you loofa in the shower as well? I would definately try to gently exfoliate in the shower, and then follow Pax's advice. There are good organic body washes out there, specifically one by "Jason" that I love. It has some ingredients in it that will be healing to your skin.

Pimples, if that's what they are, are a bacterial infection caused by oil-clogged pores collecting and holding on to gunk.  I don't know why garlic would have worked or left scars, so that either was some pretty potent garlic or you rubbed too hard and popped them.  I would have thought grapefruit seed oil or tea tree oil would have been better antiseptics, or garlic oil if it was potent.  As to dealing with the reemergence of the pimples, that's a problem of oil buildup and clogged pores, but that's an odd place to see them first.  Do you eat too much fatty food, or the wrong kind of fats, or a lot of sugar, or are your hormones out of balance?  All can cause clogged pores.  So can using cosmetics with harmful ingredients.  I'd try some tea tree oil or some other antibacterial agent, but the long-term cure is finding the source of the problem.
