urnination issues

Here lately I have been having burning sensations while during & after urination, I was diagnosed with a bladder Infection awhile back. Any all natural cures, plus my abdomen hurts from time to time close to my belly button could this be a hernia as well. Need help.

For urinary tract problems, formulas are always best, as with most problems, since no one herb is that strong.  Herb Pharm makes a good extract.  The primary herb would be goldenseal if you have an infection, but we don't know if you have one.  Uva Ursi and cranberry (either the pure juice diluted with water or in capsule form) prevent harmful bacteria from lodging on the bladder walls, but they don't kill the infection if you have one.  Might want to get a diagnosis first, then see a naturopath, but as I said Herb Pharm makes some good formulas for these problems.

I know it has to be the all natural cranberry juice not other kinds

Try that first! You could also drink cranberry juice.

I got some in a powder form, it said to take one teaspoon twice a day & It's
2,000mg if D-Mannose..

Any other alternatives??

Buy D-mannose at the health food store! follow directions give it 2-3 days if that doesn't help then see your doctor.
