i am a 20 year old virgin, never kissed, never dated i have a very poor social life(no friends) i am a guy of very few words i can say.i think this led to the stigma i have! i masturbate like no other men(at least three times a day),watch excessive porn and i have this crazy imagination which undresses almost all women i come across my perfomance at vasity has dropped,what can i do?i really need to stop

Yes, I agree with the Doctor however you need to begin with a solid plan to gently leave your comfort zone. I would seek therapy for it. In these times something may seem embarrassing but you should realize this is actually quite common amongst young men. You're habit forming using your computer as a "safe home" But what you have to realize.. nothing is safe unless you do it in moderation with discipline. Take baby steps toward finding a comfort zone toward producing a stronger social life.

Your masturbation and imagination are not unusual for your age.  I would focus on your social isolation which sounds like a troubling problem.
