Leg/Foot Pain with Heart Failure

Hi. I am a 42yr old male with heart failure & ALS. I was dx with Heart Failure after my first heart attack (I've had 2 so far where my LAD has been 100% occluded) currently my EF is around 15. I cannot move bcuz of having ALS & am pretty much bedridden unless I am put in my wheelchair .But lately even though I can't walk, I've been getting pain in my legs & feet. Usually this happens when my left arm is hurting but sometimes just the left leg (calf & mostly foot, the bottom  & the toes) hurts but sometimes both legs/feet hurt... It sharp at times & it  feels like cramping the other times. I don't take any medicine for the heart, well I take Isosorbide, a long acting nitrate, plus nitroglycerin for when I get Angina & medications for the ALS. So my question is does anyone know what the pain in my foot/feet might be?

I think some may hesitate in answering your question because of the ALS factor.  At first I thought of neuropathy in your feet, but then I started thinking that the pain could be due to your condition of ALS, which is something I don't know anything about.  Please ask your doctor about this.

ty. I did t& she thinks that it is different, maybe PAD or a type of angina. The pain associated with ALS is different , this only happens when I am having angina .
Have you had an ultra-sound of your lower legs lately to see how the blood flow is?  If you are having circulation problems in your lower extremities, then this would cause definite discomfort.  An ultra-sound would be best, but to start, the doctor can take your blood pressure down by your ankle.
