I am 66 years old, 5 ft 2 in and weigh 108 lbs. I have been on a vegan diet for 13 months, just had my cholesterol screening and was shocked. My HDL is 54, LDL 92.6, but my triclycerides are 477! I was stunned, thought I was doing everything right. I use cold-pressed olive oil and hemp oil when preparing food, and occasionally ghee. How do I fix this?
