My best friend a few years ago was overweight and she did this thing called body trim. For the first 3 days in the week you eat nothing but protein, the next 3 days, you add salad and vegetables as well as your protein, and for the last day in the week you have a free day, eating whatever you like. And then you start again. But the thing is that you must drink only water and diet coke and you must eat every 2-3hours.
My bestfriend lost 20kilos doing that.
