Please Help, results from 3 test, need peace of mind

In Dec 2013 went to ER for chest pain, discovered I had high B/P, 173/123 (now around 159/108) ER doc ordered a stress test for a later date. in Jan I was told I now have Type 2 diabetes. My biggest complaint along with the chest pain, is when I eat I get shortness of breath and intense pressure each side of my neck, where my arteries go up, along with feels as thou my face swells. No, its not my thyroid, don't have one, and had a Ultrasound done last month. Since that visit to the ER I have 3 different test done but have yet been explained as to what any of them mean to me, (I go thru the VA system if that explains anything, Hint...Government). In the meantime I am feeling worse by the day, and have gain 30 lbs thou I hardly eat.

Here are some of the results from the 3 diff test......Could someone please give me peace of mind?

STRESS TEST: Greater activity seen in the septum both on rest and stress images. Decreased activity is noted abterolaterally in the med cavity region.

In Feb wore a heart monitor, here is the results:
Ziopatch heart rhythm monitor is; "Borderline Normal."

Supraventricular ectopics in isolation, couplet and triplet.
Ventricular ectopics in isolation and couplet.
Ventricular Bigeminay was present (longest 2 sec)

Min HR = 56 bpm
Ave HR= 84 bpm
Max HR=152 bpm (sinus tach at 2:16 pm on 2/16/2014)

On the 6th of March I had a ECHO done. Here are some of the results.

Study Quaility: Poor

Summary:
Concentric left ventricular hypertrophy.
There is Tricuspid regurgitation.
There is Mitral regurgitation.

Procedure Details:
LEFT VENTRICLE....There is concentric left ventricular hypertrophy. Ejection Fraction=55-60%

AORTIC....The aortic is trileaflet. There is aortic sclerosis: Focal calcification.

MITRAL VALVE....There is mitral regurgitation.

TRICUSPID VALVE....The tricuspid valve is not well visualized. There is trace tricuspid valvular regurgitation.

Everything else seems to be normal.

So, with all three of these procedures being done and put together, can someone please tell me if there is anything I should be concern about?

Thank You

I'm not a health professional, you need to ask all these questions on the Expert forum, in my opinion.
From this patient's point of view, your stress test seems to indicate no big problems.  'Normal' is good!
Regarding the echo, the report indicates a good Ejection Fraction.  That is the most important indicator.  You have a little valve leakage, but that is quite normal.  That being said, they had a lot of trouble, obviously, visualizing with the echo.  Are you very overweight?  That can cause problems clearly diagnosing with an Echo.
I'd certainly discuss these result with your Cardiologist who can shed better light on the readings.  Hope this helps.
