Recent cardiogram results

Part of one sentence of the report is not entirely clear to me and I wondered if someone might be able to help me understand. "...a 70% stenosis in the distal RCA prior to the crux."

This means you have 70% of the main artery on the right side of your heart at the point where the ventricles and atrium (Lower and Upper chambers) are separated.
