Please understand we are not doctors here so we can't give medical advise, you need to see another cardiologist for a second opinion if you are not sure. Having said that, CABG seems appropriate from this report as blockages over 70% need treatment depending on his symptoms. If he has typical symptoms of heart disease such as chest pain, SOB, exercise intolerence he needs treatment and with the total occlusions meds probably will not get it done.
I'll be wishing the best for your father as mine had a very similar report and went with CABG and it greatly improved his quality of life.
