Any possibility of cardiac problems?

Hello! My 24 year old brother is suffering from
NAFLD, his triglycerides(s) - 374mg/dl
VLDL - 74.8mg/dl
SGPT - 109u/c
SGOT - 56u/c Rest of all reports are normal.
Nowadays he is taking Lipicard medicine.
Is there any possibility of cardiac
problems?

Thanks!

NAFLD is NON-alcoholic fatty liver disease. This one is not caused by alcohol!

Yes, there is a possibility.  However usually NAFLD is caused by alcohol.
Does your brother have a problem with alcohol?  Is he willing to make lifestyle changes?

Is he currently seeing a cardiologist?
