I am 27 years old. I wear a 36DD and am thinking very seriously about having a breast reduction. I have very bad upper back pain...almost in my shoulders. Does anyone know what the process is of getting approved thru your insurance for a breast reduction? Also how long does it take to get approved? Any information would be helpful. Thanks! .
