Good afternoon Sir:

I have three children, two grandchildren and I am will be fifty years old this year.  When I was 16 I was raped after taking some neighborhood children trick-or-treating.  This resulted in me having a child.  I was afraid to tell anyone and began to eat so that I could make myself fat and gross so no one would want to rape me again.

I destroyed my body with food and soda.  My heaviest weight was 265.

I recently discovered inner healing, acceptance and a renewed appreciation and love for my child.  I have lost 70 pounds, take vitamins, exercise and pray daily.  I would like to have a tummy tuck.  I have saved $3844.00 but now my hours at work have been cut in half so saving anymore would be impossible.  I am a single mother who receives no child support.  I want to ask if it is possible to find aboard certified plastic surgeon who would preform a tummy tuck or mommy makeover for the money that I have?  Thank you so much for your blog.
