Have a primary care Dr check into the possibility of  bacterial arthritis and perhaps try some antibiotics and a round of prednizone for the inflammation. I had some kind of bacterial arthritis once and the pain was excrutiating in the areas u mention. I only had it on one side and it would be 10 times worse at night strangely enough. Anytime we are opened up even by a small cut we can introduce harmful bacteria. The bacteria are quite interesting in that they have many survival methods, form gangs, hideout and all kinds of things till they find a good place to hang out and thrive like an injury site or surgical wound and tramatized tissue. Definitely see a Dr. And keep researching but it sounds like  possible bacterial arthirtis to me.

Chronic pain after nearly two years following a tummy tuck and lipo is extremely unusual.  You need evaluation by your primary care physician or by a multispecialty pain clinic associated with a military hospital.
