Pro bono breast reduction (who will provide this service in Florida)

Hello,Doctor.I am DESPERATELY SEEKING a plastic surgeon who will provide his/her services pro bono for a very necessary breast reduction surgery in my city of Tampa(Florida).I wear a size 48DD,and,my right breast is larger than the left, yet,BOTH BREASTS ARE TOO HEAVY FOR MY SHOULDERS AND BACK TO SUPPORT.Also,3 weeks ago,I awakened one morning and discovered fresh, wet blood and puss oozing from underneath my breasts smeared on my top and bottom bedsheets and in front of my nightgown. This very incident is ocurring ,again, right now,but it doesn't appear to be as dramatic as the last time.I am so tired and disgusted with this.I NEED RELIEF NOW!!! I can not afford such an expensive procedure nor do I have health insurance.I hope that you can steer me in the right direction such as: an organization(s) or doctor(s) that offer pro bono services in this particular case.Your serious attention and help in this matter will be most appreciated.Thank you.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
It is extremely unlikely that you will find a plastic surgeon in private practice to perform this surgery.  Even if you could find someone willing to provide free professional services, there are still significant other costs involved - anesthesiologist, facility cost and possible overnight hospital stay.  My standard response is to seek consultation at the nearest university hospital center with a plastic surgery training program.
