Tumescent Lipo

I am getting lipo done the end of May. I am very nervous and wondering if I picked the "right dr.  This will be my second cosmetic procedure done but with a different surgeon....Anyone out there who has had lipo done recently?? Did it work for you and are you pleased with the results?

The surgeon I picked is a certified american board of plastic surgery, a member of the ASPS, and fellow of American College of surgeons.  His office is small but seems to be pretty busy.  How do I know it/he will do a good job..??  Anyone please help me w/any info at all.

Permanent pain as in how and where?

I have decided to go with the dr at a very high and well known surgery place.  I have already been there once for breast augmentation and I am pretty comfortable with the place.
I am not gonna lie, I am very nervous and have been through 4 consults and asked all the questions I can think of. I have also talked to people in person who have had it done and some are happy and some would never do it again.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Your surgeon's credentials sound excellent.  The real issues you need to understand and discuss (if you haven't already) are the specific liposuction technique he plans to use and the potential problems he has experienced in the past with the areas you are to have treated.  In addition, in the event that a revision of the treated area becomes necessary, what are your financial obligations for professional and facility fees.  You should also have a clear understanding of his post-op treatment protocols.  Finally, you should be sure that you are on the same wavelength about the expectations of the outcome of the procedure and that you both are comfortable that your expectations are realistic. If these criteria are met, then you can feel assured that the outcome of the procedure will match those of the vast majority of patients undergoing liposuction who end up with results that both the surgeon and patient are proud of.
